Brewing beer / making wine can't really be this easy, can it?

Yes it is. You book an appointment and arrive to find steam rising from the brew kettle. You “cook” for one hour and make plans to return in two weeks for the last hour of "work," after which you will be the proud parent of nearly 12 dozens (48L) of beer you brewed yourself.

Making wine is fun. You have the chance to produce a wide variety of flavours that you and those around you can enjoy. The process is even simpler: just return to bottle in 4 weeks, 6 weeks, or 8 weeks after you have combined all the ingredients together, depending on the kind of wine kit you used.
